The Estate Planning practice at Riney Ronquillo Soule focuses on minimizing tax liabilities and wealth preservation for the heirs of the estate. Texas does not have inheritance taxes at the state level, but many affluent residents will be subject to the federal estate tax. We aim to develop long-term strategies that will achieve our clients’ goals for the future.

ESTATE PLANNING

In addition, experience in probate litigation allows our attorneys to foresee potential problems and approach the probate administration process with valuable insights that minimize conflicts.

PROBATE LITIGATION

When there is a dispute over an estate or Will, our clients rely on our extensive experience in probate litigation. We represent clients in all forms of adversary proceedings from Will contests, to defending estates and fiduciaries or advancing beneficiary, creditor or third-party claims.
