Andy Soule is an experienced results-oriented attorney dedicated to his clients, and committed to protecting their legal, personal, and business interests.

Andy’s primary focus is helping corporations, business owners, and individuals resolve conflicts arising from tort claims, contract disputes, and property disputes, as well as pursuing financial recoveries from property or proceeds in which they have an interest. Andy is a collaborative problem solver, working with clients to align legal representation with the client’s objectives to achieve outcomes in their best interests.
For Andy, up front communications to clients with clear, direct advice is key to meeting client objectives. When first engaged as counsel, Andy works to understand the story behind the story, applying facts to law and providing options and potential outcome scenarios, and the associated costs to get there. This approach maximizes the potential for achieving the best result possible in the most cost-effective manner.
Through more than twenty years of practice, Andy has gained significant courtroom experience, having been lead counsel in numerous civil jury trials in counties throughout Texas, with many of those cases exceeding $1 million in controversy. Andy has also written motions and presented oral arguments in Texas courts successfully disposing of cases before trial on behalf of his clients. Andy also has a proven track record of negotiating out of court settlements leading to favorable resolutions for his clients without trial. In addition, Andy often acts as local counsel for many out of state firms who rely upon his guidance and extensive knowledge of the Texas courts and legal community.
